With a vision of continuous improvement, the beCPG PLM takes into account the feedback of its customers. The 3.2.4 version offers, for example, a better user experience and includes new features. Labelling, change management, permissions and alerts have been improved. In addition, beCPG PLM is now faster and more efficient, with improved performance.
Modifying data, visualizing and modifying where used
Change orders (COs) enable the forecasting of the impact of a change across all use cases and facilitate its bulk application with a single click. To facilitate analysis and modification, 4 new columns have been added to allow the modification of use cases by impacted product:
- The current value column allows you to visualize the quantity and net weight of the entity.
- The effective date column allows the modification to be postponed if necessary.
- The quantity column allows you to modify the quantity.
- The Loss column allows you to add a loss.

When the effective date is different from the current date, a new line is generated by the beCPG PLM for the product affected by the change order.

On the specified day, this line will be activated and will replace the old line.

Securing visibility and changes with local permission
Local permission rules are a variant of the classic permission rules specifically designed to apply to an entity or entity model. Visibilities and modification rights are thus affinable from one product to another.

Create the rule in the administration. After that, you can link this rule to the product or template by filling in the security rule field.

Take advantage of new dimensions in OLAP, the BI of beCPG PLM
OLAP, the BI module of beCPG integrates new dimensions (columns) that allow for improved monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI).
- Task and resource for project analysis
- Supplier and incident for quality analyses

With beCPG PLM, easily visualize product constraints
The display of alerts related to specifications (customer CDC) are now clearly available on the lists (Nutrient, Physico, Allergens, Claims, Ingredients) of the products concerned. This makes it easier to identify non-compliant customer constraints. To view the details of the non-compliance, simply move the cursor over the corresponding alert.

Still more new features to automate labelling
Display activity-specific geographical origins
The “geographical origin” rule is now attributable to an activity (assembly, birth, bottling, catchment area, farming, import, final processing, milking, rearing, slaughtering…).
By default, the labelling rule will only indicate the country of origin if a country of origin contains only one type of activity. The indication will then be “ingredient/material” [country of origin].

Finally, if more than one type of activity is indicated in the rule, the types of activity will precede the country of origin.

The “Put at the end” labelling rule can be customized for different languages
The “put at the end” rule is now configurable translation by translation.
Version 3.2.4 also includes improved handling of long tasks for smoother use, resized pop-ups for better readability and a new currency, the Brazilian Real (R$).
