beCPG is an open source PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software which manages products, documents and business processes. beCPG is configurable and customizable, therefore it takes into account the requirements of your industry and your business. Our open source PLM system is a web based solution that brings many benefits: reduce time-to-market, increase the quality of product and automate some tasks to save time.
In a few words, beCPG provides the following functionalities:
- The product repository manages finished products, raw materials, packaging and their technical data – It allows Product Data Management (PDM) and Product information Management (PIM)
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM) manages all types of documents (eg office documents, images, videos) and their versions. Our ECM offers integration with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- BOM management and configuration management for the bill of materials manages effectivities, variants and alternatives
- Change management and traceability thanks to change orders
- Product specification management and generation of product sheets, product catalogs
- Workflows manage business processes such as product and document validations
- Project management for New Product Development (NPD) and project portfolio management (PPM). It allows real time collaboration during product designs.
- Quality management system (QMS) for control plans, quality controls, customer complaints, non-conformities
- Rest APIs and CSV connectors to exchange data easily with third softwares such as ERP (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Oracle, …), e-commerce, web site, CRM, etc.
