The supplier portal offered by beCPG centralizes and organizes interactions with your partners. Suppliers can now input the effective dates of their documents, making the control of their validity clearer and more accessible.
Additionally, it is now possible to configure customized quality questionnaires to facilitate the monitoring of quality requirements. These questionnaires allow for the calculation of a score to evaluate suppliers, raw materials, packaging, and subcontracted product.
Furthermore, the integrated electronic signature simplifies document validation through a secure digital solution. Suppliers can sign documents online, ensuring their integrity.
Advanced Features for Improved Environmental Management
The latest features of beCPG enhance environmental management by ensuring compliance with the enviromental lawq. You can now specify the recyclability, compostability, or reusability of packaging, as well as the percentage of recycled materials used. Physicochemical characteristics are calculated to determine the recyclability rate and generate claims such as “Fully Recyclable Packaging” or “Compostable Packaging“.
In addition, hazardous substances management (SVHC) enables the identification and tracking of substances of concern in ingredients and packaging, with claims highlighting their presence. Finally, the introduction of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) allows for automatic carbon footprint calculations and a detailed evaluation of environmental impact, guiding more responsible choices. This calculation is seamlessly performed using data from the Agribalyse 3.1 database.

Ensure Product Compliance

Recalculate Ingredient Percentages After Reprocessing
beCPG offers a feature to automatically recalculate ingredient percentages after processing, taking into account secondary yields. This concept reflects the actual quantity of an ingredient remaining after potential treatment steps by the client, such as cooking.
Thanks to this precision, you can adjust your labels to display exact proportions reflecting the secondary yield.
Additionally, beCPG now offers a dedicated column for rounded nutritional values after the product is prepared by the client. This functionality allows for the direct display of label-ready data, taking preparation steps into account.
Manage and Display Organic Claims with Precision
beCPG provides tools to manage and display claims related to organic ingredients. With new dedicated columns, you can specify the claimed percentage (the portion of the product covered by a claim) and the applicable percentage (the actual percentage of the product to which the claim applies).
For food products, this simplifies compliance with European requirements, such as organic claims, which mandate a minimum of 95% agricultural ingredients of organic origin. The beCPG PLM system calculates and displays these percentages directly, ensuring complete transparency on your labels.
It is also possible to specify the certifications met by certain ingredients in a material, allowing them to be highlighted on the labeling. This is particularly useful for organic and fair-trade ingredients.
Integration with DeepL
beCPG simplifies multilingual management of fields that appear in your technical data sheets. We have added integration with DeepL, in addition to Google Translate, to streamline translations. Data entered into the system can be automatically translated into the required languages using DeepL, ensuring smooth adaptation to international needs.

In the cosmetics industry, managing toxicological information for ingredients can be complex. However, beCPG simplifies this process with new dedicated features. You can now centralize and organize all data related to different types of toxicity for each ingredient directly within the system, ensuring efficient and streamlined management.
The software automates the toxicological data matrix, generating a clear and detailed overview. For example, if an ingredient exhibits multiple toxicities, these will be automatically listed and calculated for you. This ensures that your products comply with current restrictive reference values while saving valuable time.

It can also propose product images, correct spelling errors, and generate translations.
