Introduction

As a product repository, beCPG can be enriched with new fields. beCPG PLM can also feed external systems.

This documentation gives functional examples to synchronize data with an ERP, import data, use the beCPG REST APIs and use the beCPG Connector.

Data exchange interfaces

Synchronization

Synchronization with ERP is often bidirectional. As a general rule, the costs are pulled from the ERP and BOMs are sent to the ERP.

Import costs

The costs managed by beCPG PLM are the costs imported periodically using CSV or XML files, which are pulled from the ERP. Put these CSV files in the "Import to treat" folder.

The costs taken into account are:

  • Raw material cost
  • Packaging cost
  • Production cost

Data exchange

With beCPG PLM, you can send data to the ERP periodically (for example, every night) through an interface (the Connector or a third-party implementation based on the Remote API).
