Product data sheet generation
Document generation produces product technical data sheets in Excel, Word and PDF format from a template, using the data held in the repository. A product can have several technical data sheet templates associated with it — for example a customer data sheet and a production data sheet. Several reports (all editable) are provided as standard:
- The technical data sheet intended for the customer
- The production sheet, holding the production recipe, the instructions, the packaging, the palletization plan and pictures of the product
- The cost sheet, holding the costs related to the recipe, to the packaging and to the processes
- The R&D trial sheet
- The sample request sheet
Search export
beCPG lets you export a search in Excel, Word or PDF format, stating which data to export (e.g. recipes, products, packaging, projects, and so on).
Business Intelligence and indicators
The BI module provides statistics on projects, products, customers and suppliers. Decision analysis cubes let users build their own queries to run their analyses. Below are a few examples of the analyses the cubes make possible:
- Number of projects started per month, number of projects completed per month
- Number of projects by family, sub-family, customer, requester, project manager, and so on
- Assessment of projects against several criteria (strategy, risk, resources, costs, and so on)
- Number of products by customer, family, state, creation date, and so on
- Average time vs actual time per process task
- Average planned time vs average actual time per salesperson, per project manager, per project family, per product family, per customer, and so on
- Number of projects in progress and completed
- Average completion time
- Number of late projects
- and so on
Every user can build their own queries and save them:
The queries can be exported to Excel and are available on the user's dashboard.
