Microbiological criteria
beCPG provides two ways of recording the microbiological criteria of your products.
Microbiological criteria entity
Use the "Create" button to create a microbiological criteria entity:
You can link the microbiological criteria to the finished product in the field of the same name in its properties. The microbiological criteria entity is useful when several products share the same criteria, as it avoids re-entering the information on each product.
An administration folder is available to store the criteria you create. Click here for more information.
The microbiology list
Often used for raw materials, this list lets you enter information product by product.
The following fields are available:
- Microbio characteristic: name of the micro-organism
- Target value
- Unit
- Maxi
- Criteria text
- Control step
- Method
Note: for “Absence”, enter “-1” in the Maxi field.
